入口外脆內軟,肉質也嫩滑軟腍
是個蠻特別的吃法

招牌的古法鮑魚雞煲
當然本身的雞煲只有數隻鮑魚
但我們人比較多,就多加了一人一隻囉($58隻)
老實說滿滿的鮑魚,看起來賣相真的是非常好XD
鮑魚肉厚而且很有彈性,雞煲味道本身也不錯,雞也夠滑嫩,很惹味

奶白色的湯底,酸菜湯蠻酸的,但我個人能夠接受
半煎煮的魽魚很鮮甜,魚的肉質也很鮮嫩
清爽不膩口,是會讓海鮮及青菜原本的甜味更加凸顯
