這頓十月生日飯,一次過替兩位美麗的朋友慶生,實在有夠高興
選了交通方便的尖沙咀用餐,一座電梯上去就看到門口訪問的剪報

龍圖老火湯(當晚是赤小豆扁豆豬骨老黃瓜湯)
我很怕味精湯,所以大部份時間我也很少有外面喝
這款喝起來很夠火候,也喝得出沒有添加味精,喝完也不會覺得口喝

花甲肉質厚身,質感爽脆、也來得很鮮甜,配上胡椒鹹菜湯,大大的滿足
底下更有很吸湯汁的粉絲,不過我覺得胡椒可以再多加

椒鹽白飯魚
炸得香脆金黃,重點是炸粉不會很厚,而且食多了也不會覺得很油膩
味道也剛剛好,絕對是一道很好的下酒菜,很推薦吶

蒸的肉餅我常吃到,但炸的也是第一次,鹹魚香也太吸引人啦
