雞肉我食到的那塊算比較嫩的,但還沒到骨肉分離的地步
湯頭我們一致都覺得太淡了,人參味也不突出
難道是煮得不夠久?
雖然味道不太濃,但湯頭還算甜

蟹還蠻多膏的,橙黃色蟹膏傾瀉而出
軟綿綿的蟹肉好清甜
不過眾人都覺得蟹不太入味,有點失望
我們在韓國吃過的醬油蟹會比較鹹及會再鮮味一點
